Yes.. The newly released stills of Rakta Charitra show a man being tonsured at Gun Point simlar to what was alleged to have happened with Pawan Kalyan.
But one thing is for sure!! If the character shows any similarity to Pawan Kalyan, then RGV can have little hope for the movie to run in Andhra Pradesh. Pawan has the strongest and the most active youth fan base in Andhra who can make life difficult to RGV and the others involved..
