In this film NBK is playing dual role, One is Indian Army Major and another one is Tollywood Hero role. In Parama veera Chakra film NBK is a busy hero, who has 5 films are on the sets under the direction of V.V.Vinayak, B.Gopal, Sreenu Vytla, Boyapati Sreenu and K.Raghavendra Rao. Sheela role is a top heroine and she is in deep love with Balakrishna.
NBk’s second role is Indian Army Major (Bala Krisha ) knows that some officers in Army are helping to Pakistan Terrorists. In a mission Balayya loses his legs because of information leaked from some of the Army officials. Amisha Patel is an assistant of Balakrishna in Army. After losing his legs Balakrishna wants to replace his position with his brother on his place to know who is helping the Pakistan Terrorists from Army department .Amisha Patel helps to Balayya to replace his position with his brother.
Sitting in wheel chair Balayya trains his brother and replaces his brother into his position. In this mission original Army major (Balayya) dies. After his mission succeeds Filmy Hero(Balayya) gets back to his profession when the original dead body of the Major revealed to the public as he is dead. The Government of India has finally announced to NBK with “Parama Veera Chakra” award.
